Be Respectful, chill vibes always
Avoid arguments, respect the lifestyle choices of others. No politics

Swearing is okay, but try to avoid it
Do not use swears in an aggressive or sexual tone towards others

Discrimination is forbidden
Any type of discriminatory behavior will be met with strict action or a possible ban if you're new

Suicide encouragement is forbidden
This is not something you want to responsible for and could result in a mute even when used as a joke

Do not create or build anything that others may consider inappropriate
This includes offensive symbols or anything that would be considered unacceptable for all ages. This rule applies everywhere in the server (builds, chests, signs, etc)

Chat spam will not be tolerated
If you frequently find yourself filling up the chat window, consider condensing your chat into fewer messages to avoid a server mute

Item names must be appropriate
This also includes signs, chest shops or anywhere on the server where you can type

Hacking & xray is forbidden
This helps to keep our economy balanced and guarantees a fair experience for everyone

Griefing & stealing is forbidden
This includes unclaimed land. If another player built or stored it, it is not yours to take or destroy

Griefing the server in any way will not be tolerated
Lava casting (for example), lag machines or attempting to crash the server could be met with a temporary or permanent ban. If you discover an exploit that could crash or lag the server, pm Squeej about it for a huge bux reward

You must claim tunnels, bridges & underground projects in 3D mode
This helps us to preserve land and maintain our promise of land claims that never expire. Includes nether roof & sky builds

Respect server TPS
No overbreeding, and only build farms at the capacity that you need. If you feel you may be doing something that could be lagging the server, please reconsider your approach out of respect for other players.

No Elytra flight past 15,000 blocks if more than 5 people are online (Overworld, Nether)
Due to the extreme server lag caused by Elytra flight in unloaded chunks, we unfortunately have to enforce this rule. With that said, we suggest settling within a 15,000 block area of the Spawn point

Redstone builds with high tick rates must have an on/off switch
You must also turn them off when not in use

No advertising or promoting
This does not include art, music or other creative projects

Rules: Server Market
1. Try to stick to a theme, avoid mega malls
2. 1 Plot per player to remain fair
3. If player/shop is deemed inactive it runs risk of removal (all materials will be stored and can be claimed later)
4. Keep your shops stocked the best you can
5. No dirt huts or empty plots, put effort into a pretty store
6. No excessive redstone or farms (mostly for lag)
7. No building shops or additional shops outside of the main shopping district claim
If anything is unclear or something is not stated, the active shop manager has final say in anything regarding shop rules, district, plots, etc.
